Return Window

- Items marked as final sale or clearance cannot be returned.

- In the original packaging, with all tags attached.
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return

- Ship Your Item: Pack your item securely, and include any packaging materials. If your item is being returned due to a mistake on our end (wrong item sent, defective product), we will cover return shipping costs.
Refund Process
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you about the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
- The time it takes for the refund to appear on your account may vary by financial institution (usually within 3-5 business days).
Exchanges
- If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item of your choice.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can rectify the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
- Certain items are non-returnable, including:
